Which acrylic thickness should I choose?

2mm to 5mm acrylic thickness is available. Thicker acrylic gives a more solid appearance and is generally more suitable for larger display sizes.

For large sizes or wall-mounted display, please contact us for thickness recommendations.

What poster size do I need?

Your poster artwork should be 3 inches smaller overall than the acrylic frame size.

For example:

• Acrylic frame: 24" x 36"

• Poster print size: 21" x 33"

This creates a clear acrylic border around the poster.

Not necessary, unless you require the bolt holes to be placed in specific positions.

Otherwise, we will proceed based on our standard hole-placement guideline. Please keep important text, logos and design elements away from the edges of the artwork.

Can I replace the poster later?

Yes. You may order a replacement poster later and replace the existing printed insert without ordering a new acrylic frame.

Please ensure the replacement artwork follows the required poster size for your selected acrylic frame.

Are the bolt nuts included?

Yes, bolt nuts are included with the acrylic sandwich frame.

Do you provide installation?

No. Installation is not provided.

Is this suitable for indoor or outdoor use?

This product is primarily recommended for indoor use, such as offices, receptions, retail displays, menus and directory boards.

For outdoor signage, we recommend PVC Foam Board instead, as it is generally more suitable for outdoor display applications.

What artwork file should I prepare?

AI (Adobe Illustrator) or a high-resolution PDF file is preferred for the best print result.

Will the finished size be exactly the same as the selected size?

Finished products may have a small size tolerance due to material handling and finishing processes. Please allow an approximate variation of 5mm to 15mm where applicable.
