Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website and services operated by Lets Print Signature Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are considered confirmed once payment has been made.
Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
3. Artwork Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, designs, spelling, dimensions, and content are accurate before production.
We do not provide proofreading or design checking services.
We shall not be held liable for any errors after artwork has been confirmed.
4. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure that they have the legal rights to use all submitted artwork, logos, and designs.
We shall not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-submitted content.
5. Printing & Colour Disclaimer
Due to differences in screen displays, materials, and printing processes, slight colour variations (+-10%) may occur between digital previews and final printed products.
Colour matching is not guaranteed. Repeat orders may also have slight variations.
If exact colour matching is critical, customers are advised not to proceed with the order.
6. Product Quality & Tolerance
All products are subject to manufacturing tolerances.
Minor imperfections such as slight misalignment, colour variation, small marks, finishing inconsistencies, or size differences may occur and shall not be considered defects.
7. Production & Lead Time
Production lead time begins only after artwork confirmation and full payment have been received.
All timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
We shall not be held liable for any delays caused by external factors.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.
Cancellation requests before production are subject to approval and may incur administrative or material costs.
9. Returns & Refunds
All customized and printed products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds or reprints will only be considered in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied by us.
Customers must report any issues within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
We do not accept claims based on:
- Minor colour variations
- Customer-submitted artwork errors
- Change of mind
10. Delivery
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier services.
Once the product has been delivered, responsibility is transferred to the customer.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product or service.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Service at any time without prior notice if any breach of these Terms occurs.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
