Which Printing Option Should You Choose?

All three options are printed with sublimation printing at 720 dpi. The difference is how visible your design is on the back of the flag:

On single side printing the back shows a mirrored version of your design, so text will read in reverse. If you need text to read correctly from both directions, or want a different design on each side, choose Double Sided.

Which Wind Flag Shape Should I Choose?

Teardrop Flag

Teardrop Flag has a rounded teardrop-shaped profile and gives a neat, compact display. It is suitable for logos, short promotional messages and cleaner layouts.

Bow Flag

Bow Flag has a taller vertical display profile and is suitable for artwork with longer text, taller graphics or more vertical design elements.

What is included in one wind flag set?

Each standard wind flag set includes:

• Printed fabric flag

• Flag pole system

• Cross base

• Water bag

The components are packed together for easier storage and transport.

Should I choose 3 meter or 5 meter?

The 3 meter option is suitable for shopfronts, exhibition booths, indoor events and areas with more limited space.

The 5 meter option is taller and more visible from a distance, making it more suitable for outdoor promotions, open spaces, roadside visibility and larger events.

Please ensure there is sufficient ceiling height when using the flag indoors.

Is the flag printed on one side or both sides?

You can choose. Standard Single Side and Premium Single Side are printed on one side, and the design shows through to the back as a mirrored image — around 50–70% visible on Standard and 100% visible on Premium. Double Sided uses blockout fabric and is printed on both sides, so you can have two different designs or text that reads correctly from both directions.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Wind flags are suitable for outdoor promotions, events and shopfront display when properly set up.

For outdoor use, we recommend using the supplied water bag together with the cross base for added stability. Please avoid leaving the flag unattended during strong winds or severe weather conditions.

Can I use it indoors?

Yes. Wind flags can also be used for indoor exhibitions, retail promotions, event halls and booth displays.

The 3 meter option is generally easier to use indoors, subject to available ceiling height and display space.

Do I need to use the water bag?

We recommend using the water bag with the cross base, especially for outdoor display. It provides additional weight and helps improve stability.

What artwork should I prepare?

AI (Adobe Illustrator) or a high-resolution PDF file is preferred for the best print result.

Please contact us before preparing your artwork so we can provide the correct template for your selected flag shape and height.

Follow the template carefully to ensure important text, logos and graphics are placed within the safe area.

Do you provide a template file?

Yes. Please contact us to request the correct artwork template for:

• Teardrop Flag or Bow Flag

• 3 meter or 5 meter size

Do not prepare artwork based on a general flag size, as each shape and height uses a different template.

Can I order replacement flag fabric only?

Please contact us for replacement fabric availability and quotation.

How to Order

1. Choose your preferred flag shape: Teardrop Flag or Bow Flag.

2. Select your required height: 3 meter or 5 meter.

3. Place your order.

4. Request the artwork template and send your design file.

5. We check the file for basic print suitability.

6. Confirm the artwork details before production starts.

7. Production will take approximately 5–7 working days after confirmation.
