KT Board Printing FAQ

What is KT board / foam board?

KT board (also called foam board or compressed foam board) is a lightweight, rigid board with a smooth printable surface. It is ideal for printed posters, display boards and event signage because it is easy to carry and set up.

Is KT board suitable for outdoor use?

KT board is mainly recommended for indoor or short-term sheltered display. For outdoor or longer-term signage, PVC Foam Board is usually a better option because it is more durable for outdoor display.

What file format should I provide?

Please provide your design in AI or PDF format. Own design is required, as we do not provide a design service.

Can I order large sizes or bulk quantity?

Yes. We offer sizes from A3 up to A0 and large ft sizes. For quantity above 3 pcs, please contact us for a custom quote.

Is there any size tolerance?

Yes, please allow a size tolerance of about ±5mm due to material handling and finishing.

How to Order

2. Place your order.
3. Email your design file (AI / PDF) to us.
4. We check your file to make sure it is print-ready.
5. Once confirmed, we proceed with production (4–6 working days).
6. Your KT boards are packed with protective packing and delivered.
