Paper Bag Printing FAQ

1. Can you help me design my paper bag?

We do not provide full design service. However, if you only need simple logo placement on the paper bag template, we can help arrange it. For full artwork design, brand pattern or detailed layout, please prepare your design file before ordering.

2. What is the difference between paper bag and kraft paper bag?

Paper bag printing allows full-colour design on the outer surface of the bag, making it suitable when you want to customise the overall colour, layout and branding style. Kraft paper bag printing uses ready-stock kraft bags and is printed only within a specific printable area.

3. Matt lamination or gloss lamination — which one should I choose?

Matt lamination gives a softer, cleaner and more premium look. It is our default recommendation because it is more versatile and works well with most brand styles. Gloss lamination is shinier and makes colours look more vibrant, suitable for bold, festive or eye-catching designs. If no finishing is specified, we will proceed with matt lamination by default.

4. Can I print full-colour design? Will more colours increase the price?

Yes, this paper bag uses full-colour printing. Printing more colours will not increase the price. Whether your design uses one colour or many colours, the price is based on the selected size and quantity.

5. Is the printing on one side or both sides?

Printing is applied on the outer surface of the paper bag, based on the artwork template. The inside of the paper bag remains blank white with no printing.

6. What rope colours are available?

Available rope colours include black, white, red, blue, green, gold and silver. Some rope colours may depend on the selected paper bag model and stock availability.

7. What Can I change the rope to ribbon?

Our standard paper bag comes with PP (polypropylene) braided rope. We currently do not offer ribbon handles as a standard option.

8. Can I order a custom size?

We currently offer standard sizes only. If you have a product size or packaging requirement, you may send us the measurement and we will recommend the closest suitable paper bag model.

9. Why is PBG003 cheaper than smaller sizes?

PBG003 is one of our highest-volume paper bag models. Because it is produced more frequently, the production cost can be lower at selected quantities. That is why PBG003 may sometimes be more cost-effective than smaller paper bag sizes.

10. What artwork file should I prepare for paper bag printing?

We recommend AI, PDF or high-resolution artwork files. Please make sure the logo, spelling, colours, layout and design details are correct before confirmation. Low-resolution images may affect the final print quality.

11. Can I have sample print?

We only proceed with mass production for paper bag, however we will check your artwork before proceed to ensure in good resolution outcome.
