Made with 310gsm art card, the sleeve provides a clean and firm structure around the cup. It helps improve grip, reduce direct heat contact, and gives your drink packaging a more professional appearance.

Matt Lamination vs Heat Isolation — Which Finishing Should You Choose?
Both versions are printed on the same 262mm x 50mm 310gsm art card. The difference is the finishing applied after printing:

1. What size are your cup sleeves?
Our cup sleeves are 262mm (W) x 50mm (H) when laid flat, printed on 310gsm art card. This is a standard size that fits most common takeaway hot drink cups, but fitting still depends on your cup shape and cup supplier — we recommend checking your cup measurement before ordering.
2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for cup sleeves?
It depends on the finishing you choose. The 2 Sided Matt Lamination version starts from 300 pcs per design. The Heat Isolation (Water Base Foam) version starts from 600 pcs per design. Both go up to 15,000 pcs.
3. How long does cup sleeve printing take?
Production takes 7–9 working days after artwork confirmation and payment. Delivery time is separate.
4. What is the difference between Matt Lamination and Heat Isolation?
Matt Lamination has matt lamination on both sides, giving a water-resistant surface that helps prevent wet, slippery hands. Heat Isolation uses a water base foam finishing that increases the thickness of the sleeve to reduce heat transfer from the cup — it is the upgraded option for hot drinks and is designed to help you avoid double cupping.
5. Can I print on both sides of the cup sleeve?
Printing is full colour on the outer side only (4c + 0c). The inner side is left unprinted.
6. Do I still need to double cup if I use a cup sleeve?
The Heat Isolation version is specifically designed to reduce heat transfer so that a second cup is not needed. For the Matt Lamination version, whether double cupping is still required depends on how hot your drinks are served and the cup you use.
7. Are cup sleeves water resistant?
The 2 Sided Matt Lamination version is laminated on both sides, which makes the surface water-resistant and helps prevent the sleeve from getting soggy or slippery in the hand.
8. Can I use one cup sleeve size for different cup sizes?
In many cases yes — one sleeve size can cover several cup sizes, which helps reduce your packaging inventory. However this depends on the shape and taper of your cups, so please confirm with your cup measurement first.
9. What artwork file should I prepare?
We recommend AI, PDF, PNG or high-resolution JPEG. Please make sure all text, spelling and brand details are correct before confirmation.
10. Do you supply cup sleeves in bulk for cafe chains?
Yes. We print custom cup sleeves from 300 pcs (Matt Lamination) or 600 pcs (Heat Isolation) up to 15,000 pcs per design. For larger or recurring quantities, WhatsApp us your quantity and finishing choice and we will provide a quotation.
