What material is the non-woven bag made of?

Our non-woven bag is made from 100gsm non-woven fabric. Many basic or economy non-woven bags in the market use around 90gsm, so our thicker 100gsm material gives a firmer feel and better durability — suitable for events, retail use, corporate gifts and repeated daily use.

What is silk screen printing?

Silk screen printing is a method where ink is pressed through a fine mesh screen onto the bag surface, one colour at a time. It is suitable for solid-colour logos, text and simple artwork, producing a clean print that holds up well under normal handling and regular use on reusable non-woven bags.

What sizes are available?

We offer 5 models: WN-B5, WS-A4, WS-A3P, WS-A3L and WH-A4 (see the size table above), each with its own bag size and printable area.

Can I print on the full bag surface?

No. Each bag model has a recommended printable area. Artwork should be prepared within the printable area to avoid printing too close to the edge, handle or side gusset.

Can I choose the bag colour?

Yes, multiple bag colours are available, but colour availability may vary by bag model and current stock. Please check the available colour options before placing your order.

How much weight can the non-woven bag hold?

The bag can hold up to 10kg under normal use. Actual performance may depend on item shape, weight distribution and how the bag is carried. Avoid sharp, oversized or unevenly loaded items that may stress the seams or handle.

Can I print on both sides?

Yes. You can choose 1-colour front-side printing or 1-colour both-side printing. Both-side printing has a different price from front-side printing.

What artwork is suitable for 1-colour silkscreen printing?

For 1-colour printing, artwork should be a solid single-colour vector logo without gradient, shadow, photo effect or fine colour details. Minimum text height is 4mm.

What is the production lead time?

Production lead time is 6–8 working days upon artwork confirmation. Delivery time is separate from production time.

Will the actual bag size be exactly the same as the specification?

A small tolerance is normal for non-woven bag production. Bag size and handle length may vary by approximately ±10mm.

How to Order

3. Email your design file (vector for 1-colour printing) to us.
4. We check that your artwork fits the printable area.
5. Once confirmed, we proceed with production.
6. Your non-woven bags are delivered after production is completed.
