Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for ordering with Lets Print Signature Sdn Bhd.
Due to the customized nature of our products, all orders are subject to the following refund and return policy.
1. No Returns for Customized Products
All customized and printed products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
This includes all products that are made according to customer specifications, artwork, or custom requests.
2. Artwork Confirmation
Once an artwork is confirmed and payment has been made, it is considered final.
Cancellation or modification of orders is not allowed once production has commenced.
Any cancellation requests before production are subject to approval and may incur administrative or material charges.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
Refunds or reprints will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was produced due to our error
Customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product and provide clear photos as proof.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept refunds, returns, or reprints for the following:
- Minor colour variations
- Differences between screen display and printed results
- Slight size or finishing tolerances
- Customer-submitted artwork errors (including spelling, layout, or design issues)
- Change of mind after order confirmation
5. Collection & Claims Policy
- Self Collection – Defect Claim Limitation
For all self-collection orders, customers are required to inspect their items upon collection.
Any claims regarding defects, printing errors, or discrepancies must be reported within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the customer is notified that the order is ready for collection.
Claims made after this period will not be accepted, and Lets Print Signature Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible for any defects or issues.
- Storage Period for Self Collection Orders
All self-collection orders will be held at our warehouse for a maximum period of three (3) months from the date the customer is notified that the order is ready for collection.
For example, if the notification date is 1 January 2026, the final collection date will be 31 March 2026.
Orders that remain uncollected after this period may be disposed of or recycled without prior notice, and Lets Print Signature Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or compensation.
- Delivery Orders – Claim Timeframe
For orders delivered via courier or delivery service, customers are required to inspect the goods upon receipt.
Any claims regarding defects, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
6. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
7. Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by third-party courier services once the product has been shipped.
8. Limitation
We reserve the right to determine the validity of any claim.
Our decision shall be final in all cases.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
